Looks to me like 'winterberry' (Ilex verticillata) which is a member of the holly family, although it's deciduous and the leaves don't have spikes (although they're often weakly serrated around the edges). Pyracantha berries have a prominent calyx (not seen on any of the berries in your pictures), but winterberries don't.
