what fossil is this,,

could anyone identify my fossil i found whilst out detecting,, i actually threw it away,, as it left my hand i noticed something strange about it, so when id done i went back for it and there it was the coolest fossil ive ever seen or found,.

thanks gord,, the fossil its self measure 2and a quarter inches, the rock is 4x 3 inches
