What is this rock from Nor Cal beach?

Would love your help with these few I found on a Nor Cal beach? Those are already etched with acid and wet.

Looks like a egg fossil. We would find lots of fossils along the cliffs when I was a kid in Point Arena, Way up north.

This is why I think its a egg, but I'm not a expert by no means. I would get a paleontologists to look at it.
