The material looks like Mill Creek Chert - to me from the photo.

In addition it looks like a spade, if you turn the photo upside down. It may not be symmetrical but this could be the result of use wear or damage and then knapped into this shape.

It has the general outline of a Cowhouse Slough, but the serations and location would be unusual for that type.

My first impression is that one side didn’t get cleaned up and shaped as nice for some reason, so maybe it was intended to be more parallel than wide in the middle. But it is a big one.

OPs blade looks like an un-notched early stage Thebes. Size, shape, flaking point that way to me. Just a big skinning knife. Here is similar with notches.
