The whole thing is the tree, so far have only found old bricks that haven't been made since the 1930's, broken glass pieces and the white thing, hope to find more.

Looks like another of the thousands of semi-old surface dumps.
We find those all over where I live,,As far as "dating",,, I would say in the late 1920s.
From what you said and the item pictured.

Hit that area with a metal detector from all different directions!

Secondly, make a screening device and start digging all around the area; sifting each shovel of dirt!

You may have found an early trash pit!
