left one cut in half ??- or poured in half a mold ???
someone said maybe made for a game piece
right one - looks possibly cut in half too - found maybe 10 yrds from other
looks like it has teeth marks
another guy said he got a bullet cut in half too (about 20 yrds away) but wouldn't show me - could've been other half of one of mine or a different one

OK, I'll chime in first. I've found them like that, but usually shiny on the cut part, because a PLOW had sliced them in two. Your cut looks as old as the bullet. Lots of possible scenarios, I guess. I'd guess the teeth marks are secondary. Hogs, squirrels, rats and field mice love to chew on lead for some reason.

Cool finds. I have found at least one like that where the cut is as old as the bullet. looks to have been cut with a sharp knife to me. No idea why they would do that but it is a cool find none the less.
