1000 Year Old Hammered Silver and other in just two days.

I've been searching a site for just two days and only for two hours a day.
This is the area. It is a part of a park. First i thought i would find only euros.

but...
first day i found a lot of bullets and only two coins

so i decided to get back the next day and to be more patient with the signals. The ferrous sound is terrible and makes you want to stop.
And look what i found

What amazes me is that you found those Medieval coins in park land! I assume it was never ploughed? How deep were the oldest ones?

I know woods seem to keep very old stuff closer to the surface but I have never been able to exaplain why.

U r right Crus, i found them just 5-10 cm so it means just under the old leafes. The bullets were some more deep but maybe just because of their shape ang weight.
