Hello, fellow treasure hunters! II recently found & purchased an extra large binder with newspaper articles/clippings, & this was bond was randomly in the middle. Could y'all help me sort out some details? Is it real? How can you tell if one is real or not? If it is real, is it worth...

Any advice on these? My dad and I recently thought to see what else was in the frame wanted to make sure any picking want for to water damage and there were more on the backside as of they were hidden there on purpose.
