delta 4000 firmware bugs

I just purchased a new delta 4000 (newer version with only 1 headphone jack) I have found what I believe to be bugs in the firmware and wondering if anyone else has the same behavior on theirs... Bug #1: When in discriminate mode the volume has to be set to 3 or higher to hear the high pitch...
