Does anyone here know if the Fisher Gemini 3 could give me a false reading on fractured basalt? I balanced or tuned my unit and only in one spot I get pegged readings on low sensitivity (between 2 and 3). The area is made-up of mainly dirt and small basalt rocks. Can small "hot rocks" give me a...
