Im looking to Software Engineer Geo-physics that can build Software for me based on NMR (frequency ) or Infra/Thermos to analyze Satellite images to detect underground ,, we willing to pay Top money for build it , need to make sure it working on site .

I have some old documents in digital format only. Does anyone know of a company that does enhancement to bring out things not seen clearly by the naked eye, filters, 3 d, X ray, infrared? Thanks!
