I purchased my Sand Shark around 2003 and it's seen a lot of use and abuse over the years. Once I left the batteries in it and I had to pay for that repair, (I deserved the punishment) but this time the left earpiece just stopped working. No sound. So, I sent it in via USPS parcel post on July...
