I found this in the yard of an old homestead. It has the number 76 embossed at the bottom of the middle ring. I'm guessing it's likely from some sort of horse tack, but so far I've been unable to find another example. I'm just curious if anyone recognizes it, and what the 76 means? (Year, part...
