whats new

I found this on a old farm, while looking for some civil war relics. Its silver, I dont know if real silver, it might be tin becuase it is real thin, but its not gold like the picture looks. It has the name Lizzie engraved on it, so I am assuming it was a little girls. Any help would be awesome.
