I've been hunting these woods a long time...first one of thse I found! The woods USED to be Walterboro Army Airfield, built in 1942, bulldozed flat in 1946...makes it nice for dating objects. Anyone know why these are painted red? (Or appear to be anyway) Tuskeegee airmen were stationed here...
