1-3-09 My first rolls hunted

Hi Everyone and Happy New Year!,
Today I finally got the courage to go to a bank and get some rolls, not a lot but some $20.00 worth. $10.00 in Nickels and $10.00 in Pennies. I'm unable to go for the big ones I think I did okay, in the nickels I got 3, a 1948, 1949 and 1953. And some that filled some holes in my album...The pennies I got a lot of Canadian. 1967-(1), 1972-(1), 1973-(1), 1975-(1), 1976-(2), 1977-(2), 1978-(3), 1980-(1), 1982-(1), 1983-(1), 1984-(1), 1985-(1), 1986-(1), 1987-(1), 1988-(1), 1989-(2), 1991-(1), 1996-(1), 1999-(2),
2000-(1), 2005-(1), 2008-(1). And a clad dime 1989-P mixed in with the pennies...This is the start of my CRHing

This bank was very nice, no questions asked. All the posts that I've been reading has been waking the bug in me , I have to wait until the end of the week or Sat. to get another batch. I picked up the book "Strike it Rich with pocket change" to help some.

Yeah, I thought that was alot Canadians also, I'm not far from the border. I was hoping for some Wheats. Maybe next batch. I love this kind of madness, ...
