I picked up this Waltham watch for $1.50. It was missing the Crystal and the crown stem had broken and the hands were bent.
I got home and took the back off and it has a very clean AS 1904 movement. 
I manually wound the Watch with a screwdriver and it ran. I cleaned it up straightened out the hands and reattach them and put on a new Crystal. I didn't have a stem in my inventory so I just placed an order for one on eBay. I'll pop it in and it should be a decent watch. Here is the after picture.
