I did a return visit with a couple of friends to the cellar hole I found recently and had some more luck. One friend found a matching Victorian military button to the one I found last time and a 1871 silver fish scale. The other friend found of all things a century old condom tin lid. [emoji23]
I ended up finding a barrel tap spigot and three more coins with two of them being silver. A Victorian Canadian large cent, a 1920 Canadian quarter and a nice 1900 Canadian five cent piece. It was nice to have silver out number coopers for a change. Thanks for looking and I’ll do a return visit when the ground gets good and wet this fall. It may make some more targets appear I hope!
