So, I got some coin rolls today. I found a 1925 wheat penny and a 1956 d silver dime. I also found a weird quarter, that looks like a hole was drilled into the side. Maybe it?s one of those quarters where you attach a string to get it out of the soda machine. I don?t know, but I?m not gonna try.

Nice!!!! Congrats!!!!

Nice going Jared! Nothing better than silver in the hole!

He meant "silver in the roll"! })

I had a friend, Lee, in the 80's that made great money but refused to pay for car washes on his toys, nice rides and even his race cars. He'd drill a hole similar and actually put a piece of wire and smash the wire around the edge of the coin. Put it in the slot and move it up and down, up and down, up and down, etc. He did the wire because if he did a string the string would break and he'd lose his holed quarter and have to make another one.

I?ve heard that type of quarter called a ?jigger coin? or ?jiggle coin?, with the same concept. There was also an Israeli coin that was popular for video games as well. Crazy times.

Nice coin finds. Silver is always good, (whether in a hole or a role) !

I think one could sing this title to "One Bourbon, One Scotch, and One Beer."
