I was probing and thought WOW no marks from the probe. If you look real close on the obverse by the date, you can see where I nudged it at.
 

The sad thing about our modern coins is that years from now there won't be any in the ground to find. They will all have corroded away.
 

Actually , that's the good news ! We wont have to dig another corroded piece of bull crap -
that looks like it suffers from leprosy ! Argentium.

I have several of those d(*&n things and our soil is cruel to them boys! Haven't been in tha ground that long and they look bad. Sacs aren't any better.

Congrats,, That one was released in 2007. Earlier this year I dug a Zachary Taylor from that set (2009)

true & the Roman coins will keep on surviving :wink:
 

Environmentaly friendly right? Letting the metals go back to the earth. :laughing7: Talk about sustainablity.
