ok this one takes allot of belief in fantasy to believe straight forward.
no Idea Where spooky Hollow is. May be the Dauphin Narrows or Stoney Creek Valley.
There is a Sleepy Valley Road Much Farther East, North of Piketown
a Harrisburg Paper lists Spooky Hollow as Near Penbrook
However Picnickers walk along the RR to spooky Hollow which suggests Stoney Creek Valley
is the Spooky hollow here

Point is all these stories may have truth mixed with fantasy.
The Spyglass that can see under Ground may have been a Witching stick.or crystal ball.
the $10 million in Italian gold may have been a gold Railroad watch made in Italy
dropped while climbing thee rocks. I post it not for a laugh ,
but for another treasure tale that may lead someone to an interesting detecting day
finding lost change from 19th, early 20th. century picnickers and strollers
After much Research I Believe I may be right
