I got out for 1.5 hours yesterday. the lake was just a little choppy so I put on my boots and stayed close to shore. my sealskin socks failed miserably, not only were my feet soaked but cold too. I dug alot of barbed wire fence, but I did manage a few decent finds. one was a ramrod thimble with part of the ramrod in it, an iron piece that had a spring on the backside ?,one tiny sinker, and another unknown iron piece.
happy hunting to all.
