10" Eliptical DD for Tejon

I didn't know until yesterday that this coil even existed. Does it help the Tejon in bad ground, the way that DD coils usually help? Has anyone used one of these on a Tejon for relic hunting?

I have researched it for my Tejon and and I will pass on it b/c I have yet to read anything indicating that it has any advantage over the stock coil.

The 10" elliptical is the best coil for minerlized soil that Tesoro makes. It's the stock coil for the LST, and I use it for prospecting 95% of the time, and in minerlized soil it really calms down the highly tweeked circutry of the Tejon. I have never used the stock 9x8 on my Tejon. In Colorado, widescan coils are the best.

I'm going to "ditto" what "nuggetshooter323" just said. He is absolutely correct. Don't even let it cross your mind that it is less sensitive to small targets because it's bigger than the 9" X 8" coil. It is amazingly sensitive to small targets.
