I ask about halves and dollars, bank teller has 1 half in tray, turns out to be a 40%. Nice, 1 out of 1!

She says another teller has 2 CWR dollar rolls and 3 CWR rolls of halves, you can come back later when this teller is in.
So I come back and buy the coins ... all 2005S Proofs! 50 $1 and 60 halves. I put most of the $1 coins in the plastic tubes shown.

Gravityrules: I suggest you go back to that bank and see if there was any other demonations that were turned in by that same person who turned in the proofs. Most likely a larger coin collection is at stake here and must be taken before they are all gone.

Good idea and we did try to follow up ... but they went into the vault for hand wrapped rolls of quarters and dimes and nothing came up in those rolls.
These things are sometimes teller specific, each teller having their particular coins locked up. We'll make another attempt tomorrow when the teller that took these coins is in.

The follow up yielded 5 more proof halves. The teller said that only nickels, halves and dollar coins were brought in. Nothing turned up in the nickel rolls.
