well got permission after a lot of begging for a 1900 farm. It is abandoned and the owner first said "no" I just don't like to accept no's so I just kept talking and finally got him to turn it into a yes..lol

the owner said a guy hunted the place last year for days on end, and I believe him, this place is almost devoid of signals EXCEPT iron. Well just a perfect place to put the etrac to the test! I went slow as possible thru the heavy iron areas and managed to pull 2 oldies out right beside iron. 1919 wheat and real nice 1917 merc dime. Made me smile the "other guy" missed em
