The "GOLDEN ANGLE"
goldenangle1.webp

This angle has played a significant role in our situation. Has anyone else out there ever used it or ran in to it in their K.G.C. searches?
Thanks, Baker:thumbsup:

There is something wrong with your circle? You cannot have 137.5 on one side and 222 on the other side. There has to be a total of 360 degrees where is your other one half degree? No I have not ran into that particular angle of degree.

It is showing two different headings.

As you mentioned, it's the Golden Mean ratio. I'm curious about your azimuths. Have you encountered any lines that bear 337° (aka -23°)?

1+3+7+5 = 16 oR 4 Squared OR 1+6= 7 :skullflag:

Just seeing the title, "137.5 degrees", I thought it was referring to the hottest temperature ever recorded in the USA; but that was a mere 134.
Don..

PS: If it were a 'heading', wouldn't it be expressed as such--or as a tracking degree, not as an 'angle'.
