14k Diamond ring??

I found a ring, and in the inside it says, 14K NACO

it's White with a singular diamond on top and well here's a picture...

what's the value, and what is it to be exact?

I could be totally off but from what I have experienced, if the diamond is real and it's hard to tell the size but Guessing. Maybe .75 carat. Making it's replacement value at 3000.oo But cash in hand value, low 200 / high 400.oo. If the diamond is not real, melt value less then a 100.oo .. All just a shot in the dark since the only solid info is it is 14k...
