14k Gold Lava Cameo Identification

I am trying to Date this piece it is not marked which is fine I tested it 14k Gold 1 3/4 inches 17 grams


I am trying to figure out who it is based of the hat and features of the image.


I know one thing for sure it is worth more then a $100 that I paid it has been a long search to get a good lava cameo for a nice price


Any thoughts on value , age and identification of the person on the cameo.

No markings. I am guessing it is worth $300 to $500? I am also guessing it is 1830 to 1860?
