Definitely not, it's a 1 grano from 1700. King Carlos II, he was king of Sicily and Spain. It was minted in Palermo. This is my third one, but definitely in the best condition. I've ordered a coin cleaning kit from the UK, designed for cleaning old Roman coinsLooks like a real nice find - congrats !
I'm thinking it could be a Civil War Token ?
Be careful how you clean it !
*** Just read your Screen Name - looks like your not in the USA ?
If so - I doubt it's a Civil War Token.

It's not a 1 grano Carlos II, it's actually a 1 grano Vittorio Amedeo II, minted between 1713-1719. Have to clean it a bit more.Definitely not, it's a 1 grano from 1700.
