Nice. Looks like 1798 to me.

What a nice find. Not many will have that experience. Congrats to you.

Ha absolutely. Only get a half hour. This was actually 1 of only 2 signals I got in the 20-25 yards I searched.

Nice digs and thanks for those pics

I'd skip lunch any day to make a find like that.... Congratulations!

Nice lunch break find! I got a 1810 on my lunch break once. I'd keep hiring that site for sure. HH!

Congrats on a really nice find... 1700s coin on your lunchbreak... man that's the way I wanna roll. GL&HH!

jAY can you give us a description of the kind of site it was? house, field,or urban lot because sometimes i have a tendency to dismiss sites currently occupied by modern strutures thinking there cant possibly be any old coins here. Bad habit i know. What line of work you in that permits you to change job sites? BTW great coin.

Cool find! Congrats!

Found this on lunch break next to my job site only 3 inches down. Rang up 84 on the at pro. Can't make out the 7 but clearly its a draped bust. Took a negative pic for everyone. Shows the date better.

Very nice, try rubbing some Beeswax wax on the coin as that may help bring out the details a little better...

Nice find! WTG.Looking into getting a AT Gold myself. Keep digging.
