Made it out for a little bit the other morning to a new location. The landlady was kind enough to let me detect the foundations on the land that showed up on an 1850s map. Found the 180? Cent and the other interesting items shown.
The mosquitoes were fierce, the brush and weeds were thick, and it was hot and muggy so I didn't stay too long.
This may be a good location for early spring or late fall..

Nice large cent it kinda looks like 04 or 06. I just found an 02 the other day gotta love those old coppers. A hot peroxide bath probably wouldn't hurt.
 

That lc is in awesome shape, maybe try a toothpick or some olive oil soaks to loosen the crud
