I got out yesterday for a chilly, but productive hunt in some local woods. My first good sounding target was a 1863 IHP in pretty good condition.

Things were pretty quiet for the next hour, until I hit on a perfect quarter signal on my Deus. I took my time scraping away layers of soil until I saw the glint of silver. Yay! Out popped an 1892 Barber quarter.
I ended the day with a uniform button from the Boston- Revere Beach- Lynn railroad. This was a narrow gauge passenger line that was in operation from 1875-1940. This button is dated sometime between 1884-1911. The back mark is " Browning King and Co".

Thanks for taking a look. Happy Hunting all!
