1805 Oil portraits

Bought these two oil portraits at an estate sale in Rixeyville, Va. They were listed as early 19th century. They have a signed artist name of Pepoon and a date of '05. The frames are of a very old construction. Some loss of paint on both but not too bad. Any information on the artist etc would be appreciated. Their size is 33X39

possibly Willis A Papoon 1859 - 1940 . He was known for painting portraits . Nice score !

Here's an Auction price for a Pepoon portrait...
