I got to go back to the site I found last week. This time I toke my mother along. As soon as we got there my mom dug a nice pewter spoon and her first button, she also found a pewter pendant or something Im not sure what it is. My first signal was my 1808 half cent and I got a pewter button and one other button. I also made a sifter I didnt get to use it much it was to hot to stay to long but I did get a straight razor with a bone handle. I made a probe to and tried it in the cellars but didnt have any luck this time. HH!

Those are some nice finds. I have not found a half cent in 10 years of detecting. Congratulations
and tell your mom good finds.
