Jackalope and I hunted all day at the hay field, I'm so tired, I'm going to let the title and pix speak for themselves. I had a really good time hunting with Ken, I'm truly glad he came all the way out and hunted with me. I hope he puts his finds on here, maybe he already posted I don't know. Just got home, I'll post then off to sleepy land.

Enjoy the pix

Edit/update
I'm still trying to get a date off the Three Cent Nickle, almost, matbe, lol Here are cleaned up pix of the jewery piece. It's silver I put before and after pix of the one of two marks off the edge. I was so excited when I dug this target because it was telling me it might be silver. It was deep and I found it in a small clump after using my Lesche to carve out a tiny clump all the way at the bottom of the hole. I seen a silver edge, the size was about right for a dime, the dirt was partly covering the, what looked like one side of a coin. I started thing Capped, and then seen the big bump. At that point I didn't know what it was until I got surprised cleaning at home. I like it as much as the coins.

Great hunt guys....
That silver and green piece is just freakin awesome!

If I had found that, I wouldn't hesitate to bring it to a jeweler, and have him repurpose it into a nice shiney for the wife.

That's a great bunch of finds congrats

Very nice assortment of finds. Man, the jewelry piece is definitely the find of the day - wonderful find! The jade stone looks hand cut - i.e. an old piece. Congrats sir!

I'll talk to my jeweler and see what he says, thanks Dave

Nice variety. Congrats on the very hard to find 3 cent nickel.
Thank you, the strangest thing was the day before Ken and I had been talking about 3 cent nickles, so weird.

Thank you, I had a lot of favorites yesterday. I can't wait to see what the jeweler says about that stone. I found a Sterling Creed Catholic locket couple summers back that had those shiny pointy things on it like the ones around the edge and stone. It might help put a date on it.

Awesome finds!! Congrats!!!

3 cent nickel :notworthy:
