1839-1842 Braided Hair One Cent? Counterstamp CW WALTER

Trying to identify this coin, and narrowed it down to 1839 - 1842 Braided Hair. It has a counterstamp that reads CW WALTER. I have not been able to find information on CW WALTER. Any help would be appreciated.
