1847 Rogers Bros Spoon rather nice

I have spoon fever lately. I was surprised to find this plated spoon, still plated so completely. I'm used to finding really rotten ones. I like the floral frill. Deep in well drained, sandy soil....no idea with respect to approximate date.

one site I found shows first production of that pattern was 1882 but gives no other information

Pattern is "Embossed"
1882 it was introduced
