Around $25 is a reasonable estimate

I think $25 is a little strong on that coin. Maybe if there was no rim damage and it looks like the obverse has been cleaned which would only make it about a $10-15 coin. but without looking at in person there is no certainty on the condition to make a 100% value assessment.
