1880's NJ button, silver, seal, and skeletons

It was brutally hot and humid today, went to a well picked park with decent tree coverage in hopes for some shade. Did about 4 hours and got so interesting finds...
My fav is the 1880's (that's what I believe) NJ National Guard, then the Russian lead seal 1879, small silver, and 2 skeleton keys :)

And Friday I got this early navy button??

Happy hunting!

Nice finds! The bottom button may be a civilian blazer button, I can't recall, but someone here will ID it.

Nice finds! The Guard button and seal are awesome

I'm loving the Russian lead seal! Can you make out any of the letters in person? I can kinda read the Cyrillic alphabet. Were you able to get an ID on it? I wonder what Russia was exporting to the US before the Revolution. :dontknow: Very interesting find!!

1st line: __________?
2nd line: something like Krotch_. ?
3rd line: 1st Sort_ (can't make out last letter)
4th line: E.P.

Good pics- I can read more of the letters but they are using a lot of abbreviations that I don't know. I'll run it by a friend who reads Russian for you. I'm impressed that you knew it was Russian on that seal.

Some very nice finds there.
