The 1901 "America" lock is a warded brass padlock which in good condition can be worth $25-35 or more. Some locks dated 1901 are commemorative or souvenir locks of the Pan-American Exposition (world's fair) which was held in Buffalo, NY that year— and they bring much higher prices. However, this lock is not generally considered to be expo-related, as it would be if it were embossed "Pan-American" rather than "America."

Can't read the mark on the 1886 door lock.

The big thing in the top of the photo looks like the locking mechanism for the door, as PBK says. It would be unlocked with a skeleton key. So go back and find that key!!!!!! Nice locks.
