Went detecting out to an old Japanese Church to hit some sidewalks for a bit. It was a short outing, but produced one of my favorite finds so far.
Rang as a choppy 25/26 on the Nox.
It’s a 1902 Kampfe Bros STAR razor head.

The company was producing razors from 1880ish-1902. The model I found is an HR-14-A I believe, and is the final year they were produced.

Thinking of polishing it up and possibly restoring it to its original luster, but am open to suggestions. I did scan the hole again and there was no handle or razor with it.
