Spent $40 on a mixed bag of 1000 wheat cents at my coin store today. Found the following...

* 1910 S EF
* 1911 S
* 1911 D
1909 (5)
1909 VDB (2)
1921 S
1915 D (2)
1913 D (2)
1932
1914 (3)
* 1913 S
1933 D
BU 1956
BU 1958 (2)
BU 1953 D
BU 1955 S

I sold the rest of the wheats for $40 bucks on ebay!

WHICH MEANS I GOT THE COINS FOR FREE!!! Over a $60 profit and I had loads of fun!

I really wish there were a good coin place close to me. There is an antique store which has coins about 30 minutes away but prices are through the roof. They have a bank bag of wheat cents which they claim is unsearched(yeah right, maybe not by them) which they have priced at $200.

can you sell some of your extras to me ???

Great finds on those old Lincolns!!!

THANKS!

WS: Which extras do you want? I have a couple 13 D's, 11 D's, 1909 VDB's, 1909's, and a bunch more.

$200!!!!! What they heck are they insane? How many pennys are in a bank bag? They must have searched them. If it was an unsearched bag, there is the potential for them to make much, much more than 200 bucks on it. If it were me, I think I would pull the "unsearched" wheats worth money and sell them to a coin shop, and then try to sell the bag...sounds like that is what's going on here.

Nice deal there! Only time I've done something like that was when I got a 2005 $2 security roll (25 coins) of ebay for $50.50 inc post as a spur of the moment descision. Poor fella lost money shipping it to me! Not to mention it's now worth $175!

Gotta love 'money for nothing'!

I can see a very bright future ahead for you!

Have fun and good luck!
