Went out last week woods hunting with DDub & Lookn4seated and I found this oldie, I couldn't make out a date so I soaked it in water till just a few minutes ago and was surprised to see a "13" and on the back a D. I looked it up and seen that it is a KEY DATE!!! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: SURE WISH IT WAS AN "S"!!!! :icon_pirat: :icon_pirat: :icon_pirat:

Thanks for the great comments guys, sure wish the soil was kinder to nickles!!! :-[

When it was lost it was in great shape, I wish the ground was not so corrosive to the copper and nickel coins we find, don't give a crap about the zincolns. Nice rare coin find.
