I decided to do a little sidewalk hunting today, 25 degree weather, snow flurries and I'd say I spent around an hour digging for worms! I found a little clad, a few pieces of junk and three wheats. When I came home and cleaned them, to my surprise I had a semi-key 14-S wheatie. So a pleasant little reward for a brisk hunt!!

WTG ...... ;D , Thats a $12.50 or more Dollar wheat cent..... Very sweet find

Not a bad return for a couple minutes of hunting. From what I've seen, sidewalk hunting in older areas really can pay. way to go.

Those are common out here in the West, Jack, but I'm sure you don't see that many of them in your neck of the woods.
Hunting in 25 degree weather in snow flurries? Brrrrrrrrrr!!!!

Nice find!
