After reading about the last SLQ and reading the repspopnses, I deceide to check the 1917 SLQ I found years ago in a park in Wyoming. I now discover that what I thought wqas a type 2 is actually a type 1, as it does not have the stars under the eagle. I then noticed the "S" mint mark on the front as well. I am thinking I may have a reasonably valuable coin on my hands as it is in great condition. Thanks Kip...
