A friend and I had to scratch the itch so we went to a cellar hole on map we have and the history of the homesite is 1800s but the cellar has been mended with concrete and a home was here through the 1920's.

We werent finding a whole lot at first so I started skirting the perimeter and pulled out the 1920 Merc near the road and tree. I then worked my way around the edge of the property and got an 83 on the Max. Out came the Maxwell Radiator Badge. I next headed to the entrance of the property where the break in the stone wall was and imagined peeople unloading out of the car there, and I got a mixed tone with a couple high tone blips. About 5 inches down and I see the 1924 Merc pop out.

I put the 2 coins and Badge into a small frame along with a picture of the Maxwell.

I also picked up this display case table at the thift store the other day. I love it.

Thanks for looking!

I'd take it anytime. Congrats!!!!

Whenever you find silver,it’s an excellent hunt.

Those are some very nice finds, but since I am big on displaying my items, I have to say that your two display cases are outstanding ! The one you made is very nice, and the one from the thrift store is a great find in itself. I would have snapped that up in a heartbeat.

Great finds! The car badge is very cool. Never seen one like that before.

Also love the display case table - I could really use one of those

Awesome car part find! :occasion14:

Congratulations on your cool finds and as for the table, only super special finds can make it in I am sure , sorry Zincolns
