Great find. I don't date back to 1928, but I remember a lot of discussion in the 40's about how rough those were on pedestrians when someone was accidentally hit, and there was a push to outlaw them.

Some on here may not really realize how RARE and VALUABLE this find could possibly be! Maybe some car guys can pipe in. Without knowing exactly how rare.....I still vote BANNER! Great find!
