Guys
I have the best luck with wheat pennies. Just the other month, I was getting my change back from a fast food order, look down and see a 1955 wheat cent looking back in great condition.
Then just the other day, I was at work just walking over to a desk and saw a change spill of pennies and nickels on the table. I rubbed my eyes for a minute and took a closer look, a 1940's wheat pennie!!! I quickly snatched it up, meanwhile no one else even looked at the loose change just siting there.
Its funny how I never noticied these things until I got into detecting.
