1945 Cinco Centavos

Wish I had a digital camera, but I don't. Went out with my son today to a local park and found a 1945 centavos. Can't find anything on it as far as value on the links I've seen posted here. Does anyone have an idea as to value? It's in great condition! Thanks for any and all help!
