Went to a park made in 1945 and with my White's M6 and 6 inch coil, got clad and junk items and a nice Sterling silver ring, after 2 1/2 hours of detecting the woodchips. My coin count was 38 coins and also found the usual junk items.

GREAT ring, DM!

After going to a few of the parks around here, I have found that I have some competition. :-X Unless I want to get out hunting at 7 A.M., I just get the leftovers. :-\

Congrats on your finds. Nana :)

Super nice ring

I go and try to have fun with my hobby. If I get some extra goodies, that is great!!! Today, the ring was an extra goodie!!! ;D

Dimeman That's a super nice looking ring and a nice chunk of change.

Great looking ring there. The woodchips are fun, and productive for you it looks like.

Extra goodie, yeah that's what I'd call that ring. Extra good..... :)

I have been looking on the internet about the hallmark on this ring. On the inside of the band is has "Sterling(then the hallmark stamp) Lind", and it looks like Lind, is a ring designer. It might just be a diamond, but checking on ebay and Yahoo auctions most of the Lind rings are CZ's.

Way to go Dimeman!!

Take it to a place like Zales. They may have a laser diamond tester. Can tell right away if it is real or CZ. They also will clean it for you for free.

Great finds. I've found a few more schools/parks close to home, so I hope to be posting soon.

HH.

Beautiful ring! Your clad looks much cleaner than the clad I've been getting out of the wood chips around here. Keep us posted on the ring; cz or diamond, it's still gorgeous.
